Since our software products (including GST Billing Software and Restaurant ERP) are provided as digital downloads or installed on-site, we offer a 7-day trial period or comprehensive demo before purchase. Refunds for software products already activated with a license key are generally not processed.
For services such as Web Development, App Development, or Digital Marketing, refunds are based on the phase of the project. If a project is cancelled before the development phase begins, a partial refund of the advance payment may be granted after deducting administrative and planning costs.
Domain name registrations are non-refundable as they are registered through third-party registrars instantly. Hosting services may be eligible for a pro-rated refund within the first 30 days of service if there are documented technical failures on our end.
To request a refund, please send an email to xrsoftwares@gmail.com with your invoice details and a clear explanation of the reason. Our accounts team will review and respond within 3-5 business days.
Note: All refunds are processed via the original method of payment within 10-15 business days after approval.
